One of the biggest complaints I see around this time of year is about allergies.  It is impressive how much money people will spend on air filters, high tech vacuums and carpet cleaners, etc. in order to diminish their allergic response.  I’m not saying these things aren’t helpful, though I am saying these things are a bandaid fix for a deeper problem.  Any allergic response is a disorder of the immune system.

The top 3 things you can do to help your allergic response to seasonal allergies are:
