Energy {that doesn’t come from energy drinks, or ridiculous amounts of caffeine} -
While there are several factors that can contribute to low energy, there are some simple changes you can make that will help improve your overall health. Poor diet, leaky gut syndrome, anemia, lack of sleep, adrenal fatigue, etc. are some of the key factors that lead to low energy and fatigue. Many of these are also related to high levels of heavy metals in our bodies, causing these harmful symptoms. You can learn more in the Chelating Course about getting rid of heavy metals safely. If your energy levels have been severely low or your fatigue has been chronic, I know you can find answers in that course.
The top 3 things you can do now to help your energy levels are:
- Vegetable juicing. Buying or borrowing a juicer and juicing a variety of juices at home is one of the best things you can do for your overall health, especially your energy levels. It is one of the simplest, most powerful remedies for so many different ailments and diseases. Really, what 10 minute remedy do you know of that can help reverse harmful symptoms quickly and efficiently?! My favorite vegetables to start juicing are celery, cucumbers, parsley, carrots, beets, and ginger. These are excellent for the adrenals. Quality juicers don't have to be expensive either. - Herbs and Adrenal extract. Ginseng, Holy Basil, and Licorice Root are excellent for adrenals. These are excellent at building up and helping your adrenals and endocrine system. Adrenal extract - https://amzn.to/3fpW619 Ginseng - https://amzn.to/3rFFVkV Licorice Root - https://amzn.to/3BQHGAz
- Supplements: B complex vitamin, maca powder, magnesium, Vitamin C, and electrolytes {preferably from coconut water, not those common, very sugary electrolyte drinks}. Here are some quick fixes to help you along the way:
- Get adequate sleep and hydrate throughout the day.
- Decrease your caffeine and sugar intake. These are brutal on your adrenals and endocrine system and can make you more fatigued.
- Try adding chia seeds to a smoothie or a salad each day. Chia seeds - https://amzn.to/3llfsbx
Adrenals can respond very quickly to any positive changes. It is best to start slowly and see how your body responds with the improved energy levels. Trying one or two things at a time is a great start and wait for a couple weeks to introduce anything else. Your energy levels will improve with consistency.
